在服務和參與“一帶一路”建設中，需要加大對“一帶一路”沿線國家法治狀況進行系統(tǒng)研究的力度，建立法律合作和投資領域解決爭端的機制。本書介紹了奧地利、比利時、捷克三個國家的法律概況，主要包括（1）海關體系，如海關機構的權力、進出口檢查規(guī)程和標準等；（2）對外貿易制度，如許可證制度、反傾銷和技術壁壘等；（3）外國直接投資，如外國直接投資的優(yōu)待措施，雙邊投資條約等；（4）貨幣銀行體系，如外匯制度、銀行制度等；（5）基礎設施建設方面的法律，如項目融資、政府參與程度、外資參與限制等；（6）勞動管理方面的法律，如強制要求薪水、傷亡賠償?shù)�；�?）環(huán)境法，如污染排放標準等；（8）糾紛解決方面的法律。
