《新視界商務(wù)英語(yǔ)系列教材:人力資源管理》分為7章,包括人力資源管理理論、人力資源規(guī)劃、員工招聘、員工培訓(xùn)、員工激勵(lì)、員工評(píng)估、跨文化人力資源管理,基本涵蓋了人力資源的主要領(lǐng)域。緊握時(shí)代脈搏,擴(kuò)展國(guó)際視野。在傳授人力資源管理理論知識(shí)的同時(shí),引導(dǎo)鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生主動(dòng)積極參與,培養(yǎng)分析問題和解決問題的能力。
劉白玉,山東工商學(xué)院外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院教授、副院長(zhǎng)。出訪過英國(guó)、美國(guó)、加拿大、德國(guó)、法國(guó)、意大利、日本、澳大利亞、新西蘭等30多個(gè)國(guó)家,常住加拿大2年,是美國(guó)榮譽(yù)市民,中國(guó)翻譯協(xié)會(huì)專家會(huì)員,山東省商務(wù)英語(yǔ)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng),山東省社科獎(jiǎng)評(píng)審專家?guī)斐蓡T,山東工商學(xué)院重點(diǎn)學(xué)科“英語(yǔ)學(xué)科”帶頭人,校級(jí)精品課“國(guó)際貿(mào)易實(shí)務(wù)(英)”主持人,魯東大學(xué)兼職碩士生導(dǎo)師,曲阜師范大學(xué)、山東財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)等5所大學(xué)兼職教授。發(fā)表論文87篇,其中國(guó)際檢索9篇;出版專著2部,譯著2部,參編教材9部,主編教材4部,總主編教材5部;主持及參與省部級(jí)、廳級(jí)課題11項(xiàng)。韓小寧,任教于山東工商學(xué)院外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院商務(wù)英語(yǔ)系。山東省對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)會(huì)國(guó)際商務(wù)英語(yǔ)專業(yè)委員會(huì)理事、煙臺(tái)市翻譯協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員,山東工商學(xué)院重點(diǎn)學(xué)科“英語(yǔ)學(xué)科”成員,校級(jí)精品課“國(guó)際貿(mào)易實(shí)務(wù)(英)”主講教師。發(fā)表論文4篇,參編教材4部,(副)主編教材1部。參與省部級(jí)課題1項(xiàng),主持校級(jí)課題1項(xiàng)。
