本書依據(jù)《全國普通高等學(xué)校體育課程教學(xué)指導(dǎo)綱要》和《國家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》對高等學(xué)校體育教育的要求,以“健康第一”為指導(dǎo)思想和主線,結(jié)合高職院校體育公共課的教學(xué)實(shí)際和特點(diǎn),以培養(yǎng)高職學(xué)生的體育與健康意識和實(shí)踐能力為重點(diǎn),為學(xué)生提供身體鍛煉的指南,結(jié)合團(tuán)隊(duì)作者多年的體育教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)編寫而成。教材共分為理論篇和實(shí)踐篇兩個部分,內(nèi)容簡明扼要、通俗易懂,同時秉承知識夠用、內(nèi)容實(shí)用的原則,吸收了本學(xué)科較前沿的理念、知識,構(gòu)建了相對完整的理論知識體系。技能實(shí)踐布局直觀,方便學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)動技能。本書注重實(shí)用性、專業(yè)性與普適性的結(jié)合與統(tǒng)一,兼顧課內(nèi)體育教學(xué)與課外體育鍛煉指導(dǎo)。本書具有廣泛的實(shí)用價值,可作為高職院校普遍體育課程的教學(xué)用書,同時也可作為廣大體育愛好者自主鍛煉的指導(dǎo)用書。
