China is mountainous and streamy, with a wide range of thick-bedded or huge thick-bedded sandy gravel strata alluviated, accumulated or deposited on the edges of mountains and rivers, bank slopes or terraces.Such sandy gravel strata are widely distributed in Chengdu, Beijing,Changsha, Gansu and other areas. Now, an increasing number of highways and high-speed railway tunnels are built in sandy gravel strata. To ensure the smoothness, safety and comfort of space curves of roads, tunnel is usually the first choice when the strata are unsteady sandy gravel.
Many tunnels crossing through sand-pebble stratum road have been built between the highway from Weiyuan County to Wudu District of Gansu Province, such as Dangchang Tunnel (300m of cobble stone layer; the length is the total length of the left and the right caves, the same below) ,Guan'egou Tunnel (280m of cobble stone layer) , Shawan Tunnel (520m
of cobble stone layer) , Baiheqiao Tunnel ( 1, 114m of cobble stone layer) ,Xiaoshanping Tunnel (720m of cobble stone layer) , etc. The petrofabric of the surrounding rock of sand pebble is complex under microscopic observation, composed of granules consisting of sand and cobble granules.The shape of cobble is mainly oval or sub-round; the granules contact each other by points; the granule motion is independent to each other, Thus,the temporary pressure arch formed by the surrounding rock of sand pebble
is very unsteady, and the strata of sand pebble have prominent problems of looseness, easy collapse, losing steadiness when encountering water, etc.
This book mainly discusses the computing method of surrounding rock load of sand-pebble strata road, the stress characteristic of tunnel double-lining structure, tunnel construction method, preceding reinforcement and other aspects, and aims to provide theoretic and technologic supports for similar tunnel projects.
The book is the summary and extraction of the research findings of the author in many years, including 4 chapters in total. Chapter 1 is introduction; chapter 2 is the macroscopic and microscopic mechanical properties of sand-pebble surrounding rock of tunnels; chapter 3 is about the deformation failure characteristics of road-tunnel surrounding rock in sand-pebble strata;'chapter 4 is about the interaction mechanism of sand-pebble-tunnel surrounding rock and supporting structures.
The book is based on the research achievements of the key design andconstruction technologies of sand-pebble strata road tunnel in recent years.Zhang Chunwei, Tian Shixiong, Zhang Zhao and others have contributed a lot for the writing of the book, and acknowledgements are extended to them. The book also referred to existing literatures, books, norms,subjective reports, etc., and hereby I extend our thanks to relevant contributors. 路軍富,1978.10生,工學(xué)博士,博士后,副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師,第11批四川省學(xué)術(shù)與技術(shù)帶頭人后備人選,F(xiàn)就職于成都理工大學(xué)環(huán)境與土木工程學(xué)院,地質(zhì)災(zāi)害防治與地質(zhì)環(huán)境保護(hù)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室固定研究人員。近幾年來(lái),主持國(guó)家及省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目6項(xiàng),包括國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng),四川省科學(xué)技術(shù)廳項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),四川省博士后特別資助基金1項(xiàng)等。 簡(jiǎn)鵬,男,漢族,工學(xué)碩士,2017年畢業(yè)于成都理工大學(xué)地質(zhì)工程系,F(xiàn)就職于中鐵工程裝備集團(tuán)有限公司,從事TBM智能化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、巖-機(jī)感知融合互饋等的研究。曾參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金《隧道砂卵石圍巖離散元法細(xì)觀參數(shù)計(jì)算方法研究》、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃《TBM高效掘進(jìn)全過(guò)程信息化智能控制與支撐軟件基礎(chǔ)研究》、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃重點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)《全斷面隧道掘進(jìn)裝備運(yùn)行服務(wù)平臺(tái)及智能終端研制》等項(xiàng)目,積累了豐富的隧道施工、掘進(jìn)機(jī)設(shè)備研發(fā)等經(jīng)驗(yàn),在校及工作期間,共發(fā)表論文2篇、發(fā)明專利2項(xiàng),具有較強(qiáng)的科研創(chuàng)新能力。 凌森林,1992年生,男,工學(xué)碩士,主要從事隧道設(shè)計(jì)與施工方面的研究工作,發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文3篇,獲國(guó)家實(shí)用新型專利1項(xiàng),申報(bào)發(fā)明專利1項(xiàng)。
