本報告回顧了非洲國家債務(wù)問題的歷史沿革，梳理了非洲國家債務(wù)現(xiàn)狀，并以現(xiàn)有的國家債務(wù)債務(wù)風險評估框架為依據(jù)，選取代表性指標對部分非洲國家的債務(wù)風險進行評估，對未來如何繼續(xù)推進中非經(jīng)貿(mào)合作提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議
