數(shù)字仿真技術(shù)是一種基于計(jì)算機(jī)構(gòu)建產(chǎn)品虛擬樣機(jī),并實(shí)施仿真分析、性能測(cè)試及優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)等工作的現(xiàn)代開發(fā)技術(shù)。數(shù)字仿真能有效地幫助設(shè)計(jì)者在開發(fā)階段及時(shí)了解產(chǎn)品的各種性能,并及時(shí)改進(jìn),減少試驗(yàn)次數(shù),顯著提高產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量,縮短開發(fā)周期。目前,機(jī)械行業(yè)相關(guān)企業(yè)已經(jīng)廣泛地應(yīng)用數(shù)字仿真技術(shù)來提升自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,其中以機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真技術(shù)以及有限元分析技術(shù)應(yīng)用得最為普遍。前者主要用于機(jī)械整體傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的方案和尺寸的設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證,后者主要用于結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度、剛度等指標(biāo)的校核以及結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸的優(yōu)化等。

本書是廣東省第一批品牌專業(yè)建設(shè)成果。廣東機(jī)電職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)與制造專業(yè)對(duì)接自動(dòng)化機(jī)械制造業(yè),將數(shù)字技術(shù)貫穿專業(yè)課程體系,構(gòu)建了虛實(shí)結(jié)合的教學(xué)模式。本書基于六年的教學(xué)改革實(shí)踐,通過校企合作編寫而成。全書共有20 個(gè)項(xiàng)目,其中鮑仲輔編寫項(xiàng)目1~ 項(xiàng)目18,曾德江編寫項(xiàng)目19,林澤生編寫項(xiàng)目20,李明為本書提供了企業(yè)案例,陳梓龍負(fù)責(zé)書中案例的建模和數(shù)據(jù)處理工作。
本書以講解仿真技術(shù)為主,限于篇幅,建模技術(shù)不做過多講解,因此需要讀者熟練掌握SolidWorks 的建模操作,特別是自頂向下的建模方法。限于編者水平,書中難免有疏漏和不足之處,敬請(qǐng)讀者批評(píng)指正。
