周振民,男,漢族,1953年生,教授、博士(博士后)。2000年11月從意大利留學(xué)回國(guó),先后擔(dān)任華北水利水電學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)助理,華北水利水電學(xué)院國(guó)際交流與合作處處長(zhǎng),現(xiàn)任華北水利水電學(xué)院國(guó)際教育學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、河南省特聘教授。華北水利水電學(xué)院水利水電工程學(xué)科帶頭人,全國(guó)模范教師,河南省優(yōu)秀留學(xué)回國(guó)人員。
