該書是機(jī)械工程專業(yè)英語教材,內(nèi)容涵蓋了機(jī)械、電子、液壓等學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)理論,以及相關(guān)現(xiàn)代新興技術(shù)的發(fā)展動(dòng)向。具體內(nèi)容包括機(jī)械零件、互換性及測(cè)量、電工電子等專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),以及機(jī)電控制、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)與制造、液壓傳動(dòng)、數(shù)控技術(shù)、機(jī)器人技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)與制造、微機(jī)電系統(tǒng)、納米技術(shù)等現(xiàn)代新技術(shù)。本教材既可作為機(jī)械類本科生和研究生專業(yè)英語的學(xué)習(xí)教材,也可供相關(guān)專業(yè)科技人員學(xué)習(xí)與參考。
本教材注重基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)與專業(yè)前沿發(fā)展相結(jié)合,機(jī)械、制造與電工電子學(xué)科相結(jié)合,以及控制、測(cè)試與設(shè)計(jì)、加工等專業(yè)相結(jié)合,尤其注重課程教學(xué)與自學(xué)相結(jié)合。各課文附有詞匯表、注釋、練習(xí),另外,還提供了部分練習(xí)的參考答案。
前言一般學(xué)生在完成大學(xué)和研究生階段的通用英語學(xué)習(xí)后,對(duì)專業(yè)科技英語仍較為生疏。為提高機(jī)械工程類本科生、?粕、研究生及工程技術(shù)人員的專業(yè)英語水平,既鞏固專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),又了解機(jī)械工程專業(yè)中的新知識(shí)和新技術(shù),特編寫了本教材。本書是原《機(jī)電工程英語》(主編:李浙昆)的修訂版。本教材在編寫過程中,既兼顧面,又注意點(diǎn),力求做到點(diǎn)面結(jié)合。全書共分八個(gè)部分:第1部分以現(xiàn)代新型技術(shù)為引入點(diǎn),主要介紹了仿生機(jī)械、人工智能等基本內(nèi)容;第二、三部分分別介紹了機(jī)械學(xué)、機(jī)械零件、互換性與測(cè)量技術(shù)、電工電子、摩擦與潤滑、集成電路、可編程控制器等基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)容;第四、五、六部分分別介紹了機(jī)電控制、測(cè)試、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)與制造等的基礎(chǔ)與發(fā)展,內(nèi)容涵蓋了機(jī)械工程專業(yè)的主要知識(shí)點(diǎn),同時(shí)包括專業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)和專業(yè)前沿的新技術(shù);第七部分介紹了增材制造、特種加工、精密加工、綠色制造等現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)制造技術(shù);第八部分著重介紹了微機(jī)電系統(tǒng)、納米技術(shù)、超導(dǎo)技術(shù)等現(xiàn)代新興技術(shù)。教材各個(gè)部分既相對(duì)獨(dú)立,又相互支撐,形成了較為完整的體系。教材編寫體現(xiàn)了基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)與專業(yè)前沿發(fā)展相結(jié)合,機(jī)械、制造與電工電子學(xué)科相結(jié)合,以及控制、測(cè)試與機(jī)構(gòu)、設(shè)計(jì)、加工等專業(yè)相結(jié)合,尤其注重課程教學(xué)與自學(xué)相結(jié)合。各課文附有詞匯表、注釋、練習(xí),對(duì)課文的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了說明,另外,還提供了各部分練習(xí)的參考答案,形成了本教材的突出特點(diǎn)。本教材由32篇課文、17篇閱讀材料組成。根據(jù)不同教學(xué)學(xué)時(shí)的安排,教學(xué)中可以選擇部分內(nèi)容進(jìn)行課堂教學(xué),部分內(nèi)容作為課外閱讀和自學(xué)材料。對(duì)于本科生、?粕慕虒W(xué),可以選擇基礎(chǔ)性的課文為主,專業(yè)前沿的新技術(shù)、新知識(shí)的課文為輔;對(duì)于研究生的教學(xué),可以選擇反映專業(yè)前沿的新技術(shù)、新知識(shí)的課文為主。教材編寫過程中得到了昆明理工大學(xué)劉忠、任偉、袁銳波、郭瑜、王立華等老師的支持,在此表示衷心感謝!另外,在本教材的編寫過程中引用參考了中外學(xué)者的著作、教材、文獻(xiàn)等,在此表示衷心感謝!由于水平所限,編寫過程中難免有紕漏和欠妥之處,請(qǐng)各位讀者不吝賜教,以便改正。編者2018年4月
李浙昆,博士、教授(二級(jí))、博士生導(dǎo)師,云南省省級(jí)教學(xué)名師、昆明市科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)副主席。77級(jí)上海交通大學(xué)學(xué)士、84級(jí)浙江大學(xué)碩士、02級(jí)昆明理工大學(xué)博士。曾留學(xué)英國、美國、澳大利亞,曾任昆明理工大學(xué)機(jī)電學(xué)院副院長。主持或參加完成研究科研項(xiàng)目30余項(xiàng),主持完成國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)、作為第2負(fù)責(zé)人完成國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。獲得國家專利50余項(xiàng),發(fā)表論文150余篇,其中40余篇被EI、ISTP、CPCI等收錄。
