張秋生,1939年8月生于上海,天津市靜?h人,長(zhǎng)期從事少兒報(bào)刊編輯工作,曾任《少年報(bào)》社總編輯,現(xiàn)為中國(guó)作家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員,上海作家協(xié)會(huì)理事、兒童文學(xué)委員會(huì)主任。
