《體驗(yàn)文化之旅閱讀文庫》內(nèi)容涉及五大洲近100個(gè)國家,用平等客觀的眼光、極簡的語言、清晰的體例為學(xué)習(xí)者展示出一副世界文化全景。本叢書每冊濃縮了相關(guān)國家的風(fēng)土人情,對(duì)各國地理、歷史、政治、國民性格、商業(yè)文化、日常生活、跨文化交際等領(lǐng)域的重要事實(shí)進(jìn)行介紹,使學(xué)習(xí)者在閱讀的過程中獲取相關(guān)的文化背景知識(shí),提高對(duì)文化差異的敏感度和寬容度,在學(xué)習(xí)英文的同時(shí)提升跨文化交際的能力。本冊為《摩洛哥》分冊。
在我們這個(gè)星球上,有70多億人口,200多個(gè)國家和地區(qū),2,500多個(gè)民族,5,000多種語言。在地理位置、歷史傳統(tǒng)、思想文化等因素的形塑下,人們的生活方式、社會(huì)風(fēng)俗、思維模式、審美情趣、價(jià)值觀念等呈現(xiàn)出不同特點(diǎn)。在紀(jì)念孔子誕辰2,565周年國際學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)上,國家主席習(xí)近平指出:“不同國家、民族的思想文化各有千秋,只有姹紫嫣紅之別而無高低優(yōu)劣之分。每個(gè)國家、每個(gè)民族不分強(qiáng)弱、不分大小,其思想文化都應(yīng)該得到承認(rèn)和尊重。
在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和科技進(jìn)步的推動(dòng)下,中國與世界的命運(yùn)更加緊密地聯(lián)系在一起。截至2016年3月和我國建交的國家多達(dá)173個(gè),隨著“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的提出與實(shí)施,我國與非英美文化國家的交往日益頻繁。在我們大踏步走向世界的過程中,迫切需要了解各個(gè)國家的情況,了解各國的人民及其文化長目前國內(nèi)出版的介紹外國國情的英語書籍大多限于英、美等發(fā)達(dá)國家,涉及其他同家概況的英語出版物寥寥無幾。
為服務(wù)“一帶一路”國家戰(zhàn)略,促進(jìn)各國人民的人文交流與文明互鑒。高等教育出版社引進(jìn)英國Kuperard出版社Culture、Smart!及、Simple Guides系列叢書,編輯出版“體驗(yàn)世界文化之旅閱讀文庫”。本文庫共96冊,其中亞洲國家28冊、歐洲國家31冊、美洲國家16冊、非洲國家14冊、大洋洲國家2冊,含“一帶一路”沿線國家45冊;另有一單獨(dú)畫冊與科學(xué)系列和哲學(xué)系列叢書各2冊。
“體驗(yàn)世界文化之旅閱讀文庫”用世界的眼光、易懂的語言、深入的剖析為學(xué)習(xí)者展示出一幅幅多姿多彩的世界各國風(fēng)情畫卷。每冊簡述相關(guān)國家社會(huì)文化的基本方面和主要線索,既有關(guān)于各國地理、歷史、政治、國民性格、信仰、態(tài)度和行為習(xí)慣的描述,也有對(duì)普通人家庭生活、工作和娛樂、飲食特色、商業(yè)文化、社交禮儀的介紹。本文庫為廣大讀者提供認(rèn)識(shí)各國社會(huì)文化的一把鑰匙,為那些準(zhǔn)備出國交流、學(xué)習(xí)、旅游或工作的學(xué)習(xí)者提供基本的幫助和實(shí)用的工具性指南。學(xué)習(xí)者在閱讀的過程中不僅可以知曉相關(guān)國家的風(fēng)土人情,還能了解深層次的文化傳統(tǒng)和價(jià)值觀念,提高對(duì)文化差異的敏感度和寬容度,提升跨文化交際的能力。
