本系列教材屬高職高專公共英語系列。內(nèi)容上全面更新,體現(xiàn)出了新內(nèi)容,新體系,新觀念的時(shí)代需要。該套教材加強(qiáng)了對應(yīng)用文等實(shí)用文體閱讀能力的培養(yǎng),將英語應(yīng)用能力的訓(xùn)練具體體現(xiàn)于英語能力的培養(yǎng)之中,真正做到了“教、學(xué)、考”相互照應(yīng)。 教材的編寫特色如下: 1.嚴(yán)格按照《基本要求》編寫。 2.加大聽說技能、特別是實(shí)用交際能力的訓(xùn)練,把培養(yǎng)一定的實(shí)用口語交際能力作為本教程的重要任 務(wù)。 3.加強(qiáng)對應(yīng)用文等實(shí)用文體閱讀能力的培養(yǎng),滿足將在一線工作的學(xué)生實(shí)際的涉外交際需要。 4.認(rèn)真貫徹“學(xué)一點(diǎn)、會(huì)一點(diǎn)、用一點(diǎn)”,“聽說讀寫譯并重”和“邊學(xué)邊用、學(xué)用結(jié)合”的原則。
《高級職業(yè)英語》系列教材自2009年出版發(fā)行至今,已有八個(gè)年頭了。這八年中,教材因其鮮明的特色贏得了廣大師生的肯定和喜愛,不少教師還與我們交流分享使用過程中的心得體會(huì),并對教材不足之處提出了寶貴意見。值此修訂之際,我們謹(jǐn)向一直以來支持和使用這套教材的廣大師生致以誠摯的謝意!
近年來,隨著我國高等職業(yè)教育改革和發(fā)展的不斷深入,英語教學(xué)也發(fā)生了很大變化。為了更好地順應(yīng)高職英語教學(xué)發(fā)展的新形勢,我們于2013年就啟動(dòng)了教材的修訂工作。修訂后的教材除保持其原有的“編寫理念上的先進(jìn)性,教學(xué)內(nèi)容上的職業(yè)性,崗位技能上的針對性,編排體系上的合理性”等鮮明特色外,更加符合市場經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下用人單位對高職畢業(yè)生英語技能的客觀需求,更加符合英語語言教學(xué)的客觀規(guī)律,也期待得到更多師生的肯定與支持。
本次具體修訂內(nèi)容如下:
1.對《聽說教程》(1-3冊)、《讀寫教程》(1-3冊)和《拓展教程》(1-3冊)原有的30項(xiàng)共核技能( Common Core Career Skills).進(jìn)行了整合和調(diào)整,合并比較接近的技能。具體是:刪除了“處理個(gè)人信息”( Handling Personal Information),并把有關(guān)內(nèi)容并入“適應(yīng)新環(huán)境”(Adapting to New Environments);刪除了“找工作”(Hunting for a Job),并把有關(guān)內(nèi)容并入“職業(yè)規(guī)劃”( Planning Your Career);刪除了“商務(wù)禮儀”(Business Etiquettes),并把有關(guān)內(nèi)容并入“認(rèn)識文化差異”(Understanding Cultural Differences);刪除了“合同” (Contracts),并把有關(guān)內(nèi)容并入“談判”( Negotiation);刪除了“工作壓力”(Work Stress),并把有關(guān)內(nèi)容并入“職業(yè)健康安全”(Occupational Health and Safety)。加上新增的“人力資源管理”(HumanResources Management),共計(jì)24項(xiàng)技能,每冊8個(gè)單元分別針對8項(xiàng)技能。
2.對訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目作了適當(dāng)調(diào)整,如把《聽說教程》中深受歡迎的“Listen and Match”從原來的“Before-class Activities”移到了“In-class Activities”,作為常規(guī)訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目;用名人名言或短小故事替換了《聽說教程》中“After-class Activities”里的英文歌曲;刪除了《拓展教程》中的“Focus onGrammar”部分。語法內(nèi)容經(jīng)過精編后編入《基礎(chǔ)教程》。
3.重新設(shè)計(jì)并編寫了部分練習(xí)內(nèi)容,并對全套教材進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真仔細(xì)的勘誤核查。
4.對配套數(shù)字化課件進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計(jì)和制作。
《高級職業(yè)英語》(第二版)系列教材由廣東警官學(xué)院向前進(jìn)教授和廣東輕工職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院吳寒教授擔(dān)任總主編。本書為《高級職業(yè)英語(第二版)教師參考書2》,編者信息與各相應(yīng)教程相同。即《聽說教程2》的教參主編為廣東工程職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院甘利和廣州科技貿(mào)易職業(yè)學(xué)院羅沛笙,副主編為廣東工程職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院董建霞和吳海彬,參加編寫的有廣東工程技術(shù)學(xué)院肖穎和陳海貝、廣州科技貿(mào)易職業(yè)學(xué)院唐金蓮和肖石磊;《讀寫教程2》的教參主編為廣東輕工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院吳寒,副主編為廣東輕工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院劉福英和水利電力職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院崔春萍,參加編寫的有廣東輕工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院孫花云、鐘嵐、李華、劉子毅和唐巧英;《拓展教程2》的教參主編為廣州工程技術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院張?jiān)魄诤蛷V州民航職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院溫志,副主編為廣州工程技術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院吳筱明和城市職業(yè)學(xué)院王夏青,參加編寫的有廣州工程技術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院胡藝芹和廣東工程職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院李園園。
由于編寫人員較多,給統(tǒng)稿工作帶來一定的難度,加上編者水平有限,缺點(diǎn)和錯(cuò)誤在所難免,懇請廣大師生批評指正。
