本書基于工作過程和工作項(xiàng)目開發(fā),介紹了函電和網(wǎng)上外貿(mào)及跨境電商平臺等基本知識,在結(jié)構(gòu)上主要以外貿(mào)交易磋商過程和外貿(mào)合同磋商、履行中的函電為兩條主線,分為五部分。第一部分介紹了外貿(mào)函電的基本知識;第二部分概述了網(wǎng)上外貿(mào)和跨境電商;第三部分講述了建立商務(wù)關(guān)系、詢價、報價、接受的交易過程;第四部分講述了外貿(mào)合同內(nèi)容的磋商和履行,包括質(zhì)量、數(shù)量、包裝、價格、運(yùn)輸、保險、支付、檢驗(yàn)、索賠、仲裁、爭議解決;第五部分講述了合同、信用證及其修改和其他國際貿(mào)易方式。
李衛(wèi),國際貿(mào)易專業(yè)建設(shè)指導(dǎo)委員會委員,遼寧經(jīng)濟(jì)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院商務(wù)流通管理系,國貿(mào)教研室主任,副教授。講授《經(jīng)濟(jì)英語》、《外貿(mào)英語函電》、《國際貿(mào)易實(shí)務(wù)》、《商務(wù)英語》等;組織并輔導(dǎo)“劍橋商務(wù)英語證書(BEC)”、“報關(guān)員證書”等職業(yè)資格證書報名和考試,主要負(fù)責(zé)人。
