本書為廈門市同安職業(yè)技術學校在創(chuàng)建“國家示范校”過程中,以培養(yǎng)人才,發(fā)展學生的潛能,促進學生的發(fā)展為目的,由眾多有豐富教學經歷和技能的專業(yè)教師編寫而成的論文集。68篇論文各有側重,多種類型薈萃,在職業(yè)教育理論運用、課程改革、教學方法創(chuàng)新、課堂教學評價、師資隊伍整體提升、職業(yè)教育技術提升等諸多方面具有論述。由于職業(yè)技術學校更傾向于學生的實踐能力,具有一定的實用價值,可作為各職業(yè)學校的參考用書。
