本教材是針對(duì)新形勢(shì)下的教學(xué)改革,為適應(yīng)中國(guó)與國(guó)際接軌,高等院校普及雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的需要而編寫的。本教材根據(jù)醫(yī)學(xué)免疫學(xué)與微生物學(xué)的教學(xué)要求,遵循實(shí)用性、科學(xué)性的原則,從實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)康、材料、方法、結(jié)果分析及思考題等方面入手,較為系統(tǒng)和全面地介紹醫(yī)學(xué)免疫學(xué)及醫(yī)學(xué)微生物學(xué)的基本實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)。全教材分為兩篇:第一篇為醫(yī)學(xué)免疫學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn);第二篇為醫(yī)學(xué)微生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)。本教材培養(yǎng)學(xué)生獨(dú)立操作、觀察和思考,分析問(wèn)題和解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力。
江振友,男,1963年9月生,暨南大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院微生物學(xué)與免疫學(xué)系系主任、教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。中國(guó)微生物學(xué)會(huì)醫(yī)學(xué)微生物學(xué)與免疫學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員;廣東省免疫學(xué)會(huì)第四屆理事會(huì)理事;廣東省防癆協(xié)會(huì)第八屆理事會(huì)常務(wù)理事;廣東省微生物學(xué)會(huì)第九屆理事會(huì)理事。主要從事分子病毒學(xué)、感染免疫、病原生物感染診斷研究。近年發(fā)表論文60余篇,其中SCI收錄20多篇。主編或參編著作5部。獲得各類科研研究獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)4項(xiàng),教學(xué)研究獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)6項(xiàng)。主持承擔(dān)國(guó)家、省部級(jí)等各類科研課題6項(xiàng),研究經(jīng)費(fèi)300多萬(wàn)元。授權(quán)發(fā)明專利3項(xiàng)。
