本書稿由上海中國航海博物館提供，為《國家航�！废盗械牡谑嫞怠昂ｊP(guān)文獻(xiàn)與近代中國研究學(xué)術(shù)研討會”精選論文專輯，收錄學(xué)術(shù)論文9篇、書評2篇、導(dǎo)言1篇等。本輯所選論文主題突出，針對性強(qiáng)，研究深入。有的論文論述了近代海關(guān)建立與清末民初中國對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展的關(guān)系，有的論文論述了海關(guān)學(xué)校在近代海關(guān)建立和發(fā)展中的作用，有的論文探討了海關(guān)稅務(wù)司有關(guān)人員的人生經(jīng)歷，論述這些人員在近代漢學(xué)產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展中的作用，還有論文分析了鴉片稅的征收對近代經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。
